We guarantee prompt response and 'tailor made' presentation for all Clients, with optional 'same day' inventories and 24 hour returned reports if required.* On request, we can also provide detailed digital photographic schedules Our operatives are trained to understand the needs of the client and the agent. An immediate assessment of a property is reported to an agent on leaving, giving maximum time to action the requirements of any future tenants. We offer a specialist 'Inventory & Check-in Combined Service'. This service requires a clerk to prepare an inventory on tape up to 2 hours before the tenant moves in. We then complete a check-in with the tenant on their arrival that same day. All information is then amalgamated to provide one report. We provide copies of reports in triplicate to our clients, however, we also store a file on site. This allows us to complete a 'history portfolio' for each property. We find this also provides back-up for agents who may have mislaid filed information.
